Your account must be in credit to the value of the scheduled treatment before your appointment.

Terms and Conditions
Credit is accrued monthly. You must be in credit to the full amount of your treatment to receive it.
Membership is based on a rolling contract for 12 months.
Credit accumulated does not expire as long as the Membership remains active and in good standing.
Membership credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Plans are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Clinic cancellation policy applies to all plans with late cancellations or no shows being collected from the balance.
If the Membership is cancelled or terminated, any remaining credit on the account is non-refundable but can be used as part-payment for the cost of a treatment/product.
In the event of a membership being cancelled with credit remaining, the balance must be used within 90 days, after this time the credit will expire.
Lucy Bean Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership programme at anytime.
Lucy Bean Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your membership programme if you breach any of these terms.
Any changes to membership terms will be communicated to members with at least 30 days’ notice.
Your personal information, including payment details, is securely stored and processed by GDPR.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.Lucy Bean Aesthetics is not responsible for any loss of credit or benefits due to account inactivity or cancellation.

Choose your preferred plan and click on the link. You will be directed to Go Cardless, a secure online payment system where you can set up a recurring payment for your treatment of choice.
Your payment will be taken on the same day of each month.

GoCardless is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning payments are safe, and you can request a refund for any unauthorized errors.. Furthermore you can cancel at any time if you wish.

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime by cancelling the existing subscription and setting up a new one, the credit will remain on your account, however, please note if you upgrade plans you need to pay the difference between the treatments at your next appointment.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. Any payment credit can be used against treatments, products or gift vouchers.
